All students registering at Mecklenburg County Public Schools will need to fill out a registration packet and submit a signed Acceptable Use Agreement and Chromebook Handbook Agreement. Links to all documents are below:

ALUMNI ORDERING A HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT OR EDUCATION VERIFICATION
Mecklenburg County Public Schools has partnered with Need My Transcript for all transcript requests. This website provides secure electronic transcript delivery nationwide and up-to-date document tracking through email notifications for all registered users. You will be able to place an order for your high school transcript to be delivered to your required destination(s) (ex: college, university, employer, third-party verifier, recruiter, yourself, etc…)

Per Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), student records are only available to those who have authorization from the student or parent, guardian, or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent.
