Hello South Hill Elementary School Families, 

I am excited to introduce myself as the new principal of South Hill Elementary.  I am extremely proud to welcome this opportunity to serve the students, teachers, and families of the SHE community.  

This upcoming school year will be the start of my 22nd year in education.  The last four years, I have served as the Assistant Principal at Chase City Elementary School.  Before working at CCES, I served in Nottoway County for 14 years as a third-grade teacher and 3 years as an Administrative Assistant / Title Teacher for Blackstone Primary School.    

As SHE principal, I am dedicated to continuing our school’s successes and will work to build relationships with students, faculty, and families.   While honoring current traditions, I am excited for new experiences to be created together.           

Knowing that our possibilities are endless;  I am here to help each student work to reach their full academic potential while growing as an individual.
