Tuesday, November 10th
SOL Students: If you are a car rider, please have your ride drop you off in front of the gym. If you are driving please park in the senior parking lot. If you are riding a bus, you will be dropped off in front of the school.
All car riders and drivers should report to school by 8:10 AM.
Depending on your testing location will depend on where you enter the school. If you are testing in the library, middle hall lab, or a classroom you will enter the school from the main entrance. If you are testing in the gym, you will enter from the front of the gym. Your teacher will inform you of your testing location before the day of the test. Everyone must be wearing a mask as they enter the building and practice social distancing. Additionally, as you come in you will be screened at the door.
Once you arrive in your testing location, your phone, smart watches, and any other belongings that you bring into the room will be placed into a paper bag that you will write your name on. It will then be left with the proctor and you will be allowed to get it once you have finished your SOL test.
Drivers will be allowed to sign out at the front entrance or gym entrance once they have completed their SOL test. If you were a car rider, then you will be directed to a classroom or the weight room if you tested in the gym which will be a waiting area for you, from there you will be able to call your ride. Once your ride gets here they will have to come in the front entrance or the gym entrance and sign you out. If you rode the bus, then you will be directed to a classroom where you will wait until all testing is completed then you will be moved to the internet cafe to remain until the end of the day.
*If you requested lunch, it will be brought to your testing room.
