All remote students should return chromebooks, chargers and cases to school on Wednesday, June 16 between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. or Thursday, June 17 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (5th grade remote students should return their items on Tuesday, June 15 during their promotion ceremony).
All hot spots and hot spot chargers are to be returned with chromebooks.
The costs for items are:
Chromebook:
Damage (2nd Offense) $25.00
Damage (3rd Offense) $50.00
Hot Spot:
Damage $50.00
Lost $100.00
Charger (Chromebook or Hotspot):
Damage: $25.00
Lost: $25.00
Lost Chromebooks: The charge for chromebooks will depend on the years of service for the chromebook. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Note: All Chromebooks should be returned in their protective cases.
***PARENTS SHOULD BE PREPARED TO PAY THE ABOVE FEES AT THE TIME OF DEVICE RETURN. FEES MAY BE PAID WITH CASH (EXACT CHANGE) OR CHECK MADE PAYABLE TO SOUTH HILL ELEMENTARY. NO OTHER FORM OF PAYMENT WILL BE ACCEPTED.
