Mrs. Soyars goes above and beyond for not only her students, but her colleagues. We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have her at PVHS. She is a dedicated teacher, committed to helping all of her students. Students have been heard saying, “Mrs. Soyars taught us that” with enthusiasm towards her as their prior teacher. Mrs. Soyars has spearheaded the Innovation Grant as a selfless leader. She is a team player and is always willing to help a fellow colleague. She is kind, courteous, and respectful. She has no ego and always acts genuine and does whatever is good for the group. Some of her many contributions to the school and community are the calendar committee, girls soccer coach, advisory board member, Power Hour, Project Graduation, former asst. band director/flag team, and a cornerstone of the MCBEP Spelling Bee/Trivia Game Night Award Winning Team! Vickie is an exceptional leader that shows no job is too small or too big; she tackles all initiatives with vim and vigor!!! She deserves this honor.
