Student Vaccine Information

Announcement to Parents/Guardians of Middle and High School Students. In anticipation of having the Pifzer (2 dose) vaccine become available for students 12-18 years of age, MCPS is currently working with the Southside Health Department on the initial planning phase of a vaccine clinic for middle/high school students. We plan to offer the clinic at the Bluestone High School Gym and the Park View High School Gym for the convenience of students and their parents. Because this particular age group will require parental consent, you play a vital role in assisting us during this initial planning phase. If you are interested in your child receiving the Pifzer (2 dose) COVID Vaccine, please complete the consent form (both pages) and return to the school nurse no later than Friday, May 28, 2021. Also, please download and read the EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) form for Pifzer COVID Vaccine.
